Rockex holds a 100% interest in another iron project in relative close proximity to its Western Lake St. Joseph Project: East Soules Bay, a property consisting of 16 contiguous mining cell claims (328 hectares). East Soules Bay property is along the eastern end of Lake St. Joseph, approximately 40 kilometres east of Rockex’ Western Lake St. Joseph Iron Project.

As well, Rockex holds a 10% carried interest and a 2% net smelter royalty in the Root Lake Project, a property consisting of 94 contiguous cell claims (1,927 hectares), approximately 100 kilometres north of Sioux Lookout near the west end of Lake St. Joseph. The Root Lake Project is a prospective lithium project. Rockex management continues to monitor the activities of Root Lake, the Canadian subsidiary of Pioneer, regarding its activities at the Root Lake Project. In January 2024, Root Lake announced that it had received a second early exploration permit from the Ministry of Mines (Ontario) and that it was finalizing plans for a multi-phase drilling program covering two areas of the Root Lake Property.
