ENGAGEMENT

Exploring Responsibly.
Building Relationships First.

At Rockex Mining Corporation, we believe responsible mineral exploration begins with respectful, continuous engagement with First Nations. As we assess mineral claim territories, we seek to build meaningful relationships with the Indigenous Nations whose rights, histories, cultures, and traditional territories may be connected to the land. Engagement is not a single meeting or procedural step—it is an ongoing process that continues throughout planning, exploration, development, closure, and land restoration.

Rockex Mining Corporation

Respect for the Land

We recognize that mineral claim territories may include culturally significant places, traditional land-use areas, harvesting grounds, waterways, wildlife habitat, and archaeological resources.

Rockex works to understand these values and incorporate them into exploration planning. Where concerns are identified, we seek practical ways to avoid, minimize, monitor, and address potential effects in collaboration with the appropriate First Nations and regulatory authorities.

Indigenous Knowledge and Community Participation

Indigenous knowledge can provide essential insight into the land, water, wildlife, climate, and cumulative effects of development. When communities choose to share this knowledge, Rockex will work with them to establish appropriate protocols for its collection, protection, ownership, confidentiality, and use.

We also support meaningful community participation through activities such as site visits, environmental monitoring, technical discussions, and collaborative planning.

Quant à l’IA

L’IA ouvre des perspectives prometteuses et nous l’utilisons en complément. La mobilisation, elle, naît d’un processus humain d’échanges, de retours et d’apprentissage collectif.

A Commitment to Continuous Dialogue

Rockex understands that trust is earned through consistent actions, transparency, and accountability. We are committed to maintaining accessible channels of communication, responding to concerns, documenting commitments, and reporting on our progress. Our engagement activities are intended to support—not replace—the Crown’s constitutional duty to consult and, where appropriate, accommodate First Nations.

Connect With Our Indigenous Relations Team

First Nations representatives, community members, and Indigenous businesses are invited to contact Rockex to discuss our exploration activities, share information, identify concerns, or explore opportunities for collaboration.

Rockex will respect community communication protocols and direct inquiries to the appropriate project representative.
