| DIRECTOR Christopher Dougherty, P.Eng. Thunder Bay, Ontario:
Mr. Dougherty is President and one of two principal owners of Nordmin Engineering Ltd., a privately owned corporation based in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Mr. Dougherty is a Professional Engineer with 22 years of experience in the global mining industry, and has directed and completed the design of mining facilities on every continent on Earth, save Antarctica. Raised in Sudbury, Ontario, Mr. Dougherty was the 5th generation of his family to work at the Garson Mine, continuing his family's long history in the mining business.
Starting as a surveyor with INCO in 1987, Mr. Dougherty has worked progressively through positions of increasing responsibility in consulting companies, up to the founding of Nordmin Engineering Ltd., an engineering consultancy dedicated to serving the mining industry, in 2005. From a single employee, the firm now has 35 employees. Mr. Dougherty has a Diploma in Technology from Cambrian College in Sudbury, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay.

Gilles Filion is a well respected and well known professional geologist with over 25 years of global experience in the mineral resource sector. Until recently, Mr. Filion was Vice President of Exploration for Goldcorp Inc. He was an essential team member that was instrumental in the success of the world's richest gold mine, the Red Lake Mine. Mr. Filion holds a B.Sc. degree from Ecole Ploytechnique in Montreal (1979). Mr. Filion has served on the board of directors of MetalCORP Limited since 2006.

| DIRECTOR Armando Plastino:
Armando Plastino recently retired as the Chief Executive Officer of Essar Global's Canadian subsidiary, Essar Steel Algoma Inc. in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, after a career spanning nearly 39 years. Mr. Plastino was Chief Executive Officer of Essar Steel Algoma Inc. from April 2009 until his retirement in December 2010. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer (from April 2008 until April 2009) and Vice President Operations (from March 2001until April 2008). He will be continuing as a director of Essar Steel Algoma Inc. He is a 1972 graduate of Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario.

| DIRECTOR Bruce Reid:
Bruce Reid is currently the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Carlisle Goldfields Limited and served as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of U.S. Silver Corporation from mid-2006 to November 2008. As well, he currently sits on the boards of directors of KWG Resources Inc, Fletcher Nickel Inc. and Debuts Diamonds Inc. Mr. Reid has over thirty (30) years of experience in the mining and mining financing industries. Prior to joining U.S. Silver Corporation, he was the Vice President of Mining Investment Banking at Research Capital Corporation, a full service securities dealer in Toronto, Ontario, and a Director of Patricia Mining Corp. from 2002 to 2008. During his tenure at Patricia Mining Corp., that company opened the underground Island Gold mine near Wawa, Ontario. Prior to his tenure with Patricia Mining Corp., Mr. Reid was a Mining Analyst at various securities firms based in Toronto analyzing public mining companies for institutional investors. Mr. Reid also worked as an exploration geologist at numerous projects in northern Canada immediately after graduating with a B.Sc. in geology from the University of Toronto (1979). Mr. Reid also has a finance degree from the University of Windsor (1982).

| DIRECTOR Jonathan Tondeur, P.Eng., London, Ontario:
Mr. Tondeur is currently a senior partner of Stevenson & Hunt Insurance brokers Ltd. headquartered in London Ontario. Beginning his career at S&H in 1990, he became a partner in 1995. Mr Tondeur specializes in providing insurance and bonding solutions to construction clients across Canada. In addition, he is a member of the business development team focusing on mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Tondeur graduated from the Engineering program at the University of Guelph in 1985.
